The sad news today of Rik Mayall's sudden death has shocked us all right across the entertainment industry.

It's kinda telling right now that a lot of male celebs are snapping and sharing almost naked or very suggestive selfies to get attention from media agencies on Twitter. My PR agent actually suggested this to me this morning to "get attention" for an upcoming project - but my feeling is you will never change the world just by taking your shirt off.

It was a rare treat to be invited along to see the debut performance of Mirrored Production's 'In The Dark' - a truly thought provoking piece of physical theatre produced by five BA Hons students - who coming together for their final year project wrote, developed and delivered something special that captivated its audience with each carefully crafted movement.
